Spa Policy
To ensure your time with us is as pleasurable and as seamless as possible, we ask you to arrive at Escape House a minimum of 10 minutes ahead of your schedule time.
You are encourage to arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment time. This will allow for a smooth checkin and the opportunity to relax and enjoy before your treatment. Late arrivals will be subjected to reduced treatment times.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your spa appointment, please notify the spa at least 6 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the Service. Cancellation of a concluded bookings requires a minimum of 6 hours notice. Late Notice or “No show” is subject to a 100% cancellation fee from the total treatment cost. Please note if your reservation is made less than 6 hours, you are unable to reschedule or cancel after 30 minutes .
Advance booking are always recommended to guarantee your preferred treatment and time. The spa policy requires providing an Online transfer or cash deposit to secure any of your appointment with us. Reservations will not be secured if such are not provided.
We strongly urge guest to keep all valuable items at home as Escape house will not be held responsible for any missing item.
Payment expires after three months (Applicable to Open bookings Only).

Hammam is notadvisable for expected mothers. Kindly mention if you are expecting initially when making your reservation as a treatment option can be advised such as “Mother To Be Massage “ or certain specific facials listed in our Spa Menu.
Your modesty will be respected at all times. Disposable under wears are available if desired. Robes and slippers are provided for your comfort.
